Water sports
At the Big White Villa, our pool offers two vacation options... Pull up a lounge chair and allow the cool ocean breeze to sooth you to a blissful sleep (do not forget your timer and suntan lotion however). Or choose to frolic poolside with our toys: floaters, balls and nets for pool volleyball & badminton... The choice is yours either way we guarantee a well-spent afternoon poolside at The Big White Villa.
Jacuzzi
Our Jacuzzi is never closed... midnight rendezvous are recommended. Relax under the stars to the romantic soundtrack of the ocean.
Indoor Activities
Ask for our games and wile the afternoon away playing with the Nintendo Wii, board games as monopoly and backgammon, cards, dominoes and much more.
Golf
The best golf spot nearest to you is the Sandals Resorts Award winning Golf Course. In June 1992, Sandals Resorts International purchased Upton GC and set about creating the most elite golf course in Jamaica. All the greens were rebuilt with Tifdwarf Bermuda grass and the fairways resurfaced with Bermuda grass removing all the existing crabgrass and weeds. Sandals now boast one of the finest Golf Courses in the Caribbean. Golf Digest Magazine granted a four-star rating for courses to play whilst on vacation. Arrangements to play at this venue can be made through our offices. There are a few requirements for using the venue such as:
• Caddy is mandatory at $18 per caddy for 18 holes; USD $12 for 9 holes; Carts are optional at $40 per cart for 18 holes; $25 for 9 holes.
• Club Rental: Precept: $25. Callaway: $45 (all rentals available in ladies and gents, left & right handed).
• Shoe rentals (includes free socks) $16. (All Prices are quoted in USD$).
