Notes

Owner's cancellation policy: Policies:
- Events, parties and large gatherings considered with prior homeowner approval (please contact owner for additional information)
- $25 USD Per Person/per night for extra guest over 14
- Must be at least 21 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID (Passport/Government issued ID) required upon check-in
-Guest check-in, after 3pm....Check-out before 11am.
- Rates quoted do not include airport transfers,  or the chef services.
  These services can be hired for an additional fee
To make a reservation,we require initially 25% of the total amount+ {refundable security deposit of $200us}
The ballance to be paid upto one month before date of arrival.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking,if the checking date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check- in.
